Has it really been five years already?
Time has a sneaky way of moving fast when you’re busy building, growing, and adapting. And, here we’re celebrating FluentCRM’s fifth anniversary!

We began our journey with high stacks, high ambition, and high expectations, and after completing our 4-year journey, we are satisfied with how things have turned out. All thanks to our users and excellent team.
Before I share what our users can expect in the coming years, let’s show you the significant growth FluentCRM and WPManageNinja have achieved.
Alexa — play “Back When It All Began”
Back in 2019, FluentCRM wasn’t the platform powering 70,000+ businesses worldwide. It was just an idea, and a belief that email marketing could be simpler, smarter, and closer to the user.
Back then, we had no milestones, no community, not even a ranking to brag about; what we had was a vision with a mission to make email marketing affordable for every small business.
Every year, we keep on building FluentCRM brick by brick, adding new features, polishing old ones, and staying true to our vision. And, here’s what we managed to achieve so far:

The Journey: FluentCRM → Fluent Ecosystem
FluentCRM wasn’t the first thing that was developed by WPManageNinja; it came into existence when we felt the need for it for ourselves.
WPManageNinja’s journey started in 2018, after building products like Ninja Tables, Fluent Forms, we felt — “we need a dedicated email marketing tool to maintain smooth communication with our users.”
We looked for a better option but couldn’t find anything suitable (also affordable), so we started building one for ourselves back in 2019.
And, in October 2020, we officially introduced FluentCRM to the world!
But we never knew it was just the beginning of something massive.
Over time, FluentCRM has grown as a plugin that our users use in various ways. Many businesses were built keeping FluentCRM at its core.
These things motivated us to keep FluentCRM at the heart of our business as well.
“This was the birth of the idea of Fluent Ecosystem with FluentCRM as the sun at its core — everything else orbits around it!“
The Never-Ending Run — Continues!
Just like Marvel keeps on introducing new superheroes to expand, sustain, and entertain, we keep on adding necessary tools to solve problems, simplify workflows, and serve the WordPress community.
Our purpose is simple: we want your business to rely fully upon our ecosystem without any dependencies on other tools.
Why do we believe it’s beneficial for staying within our ecosystem?
The reason: Our products are insanely fast & simple! It won’t clutter your website and make it bloated.
With that motivation in mind, in the past year, we introduced 3 more brand new plugins that solve 3 different problems.

FluentCRM’s 5th Year in Review: What New We Introduced
Half a decade isn’t a small amount of time; we are truly grateful to all the people who showed their love and stayed with us on this journey.
Last October, we promised a few things that we would achieve over time. Did we keep our promises?
Pre-Built Email Templates

So far, people have shown their love for FluentCRM, although some integral features were missing.
One of the key things that was missing was pre-built email templates.
Without any pre-built templates, it becomes difficult for some new users to prepare an email campaign. Because designing emails from scratch isn’t always easy and, at times, not efficient.
So, we’ve tried to solve this issue by introducing 5 new built-in email templates! The number is not significant, but we will keep on adding more.
From now on, you can start sending emails right after you start your journey with FluentCRM.
FluentCRM Centric Development
As we’ve grown, one principle has remained constant: FluentCRM stays at the heart of everything we build.
Over the past 12 months, we expanded our ecosystem with two powerful new plugins — FluentCommunity and FluentAffiliate, and we’re gearing up to welcome FluentCart soon! Each is tightly integrated with FluentCRM, which unlocks entirely new possibilities.
FluentCommunity

FluentCommunity is a fast, lightweight community and LMS plugin that lives within WordPress and ties seamlessly to FluentCRM.
It works seamlessly with FluentCRM. When a members post, join spaces, enrolls in courses, or engages in group discussions, the previously set actions can trigger automations, tags, or targeted campaigns, giving a more personalized experience to members.
FluentAffiliate

FluentAffiliate is a WordPress native affiliate plugin. You can onboard partners, reward them, and run your affiliate program with full control, all from WordPress.
But the magic really happens when it’s tied to FluentCRM: onboarding messages, commission notifications, milestone emails, and re-engagement sequences can be fully automated and personalized.
FluentCart

2 days back, we revealed FluentCart, an insanely fast, high-performance eCommerce plugin designed to replace the bloat and friction many stores struggle with.
Imagine a store built with speed, scalability, and flexibility. Be it physical products, digital goods, or subscriptions; everything in one place, all integrated with the rest of our Fluent ecosystem.
And, YES, it is deeply integrated with FluentCRM.

Automation & Campaign Labeling

Managing multiple automations and campaigns is a bit hectic, as your dashboard might turn into chaos.
So, we added something to fix that!
Automation & Campaign Labeling is an amazing and vibrant way to organize your workflows inside FluentCRM.
You can now assign labels to your automations and campaigns, filter them easily, and keep everything in perfect order.
Import/Export Recurring Campaigns

We know recurring campaigns save you a lot of time by sending emails automatically.
But if you had more than one website, you had to rebuild each campaign from scratch every time; that’s a big drawback of FluentCRM.
We found a solution for it.
With FluentCRM’s new Export & Import feature, you can move your recurring campaigns between sites in just a few clicks.
Upload or export a JSON file, and your campaign is ready to run.
Searchable Smartcodes

With smart codes in FluentCRM, you can personalize your email campaigns.
But we received multiple inquiries regarding when a search button will appear for shortcode searching.
So, we decided to add this to our campaign editor. Now users can easily find their desired shortcode in quick time.
Include/Exclude Lists/Tags

Previously, whenever someone migrated their contacts from FluentCRM, they found out that all the sorted lists and tags were lost in transition.
We considered this a major problem and decided to solve the issue for a better user experience. Right now, this problem is resolved.
Now, when you import or export contacts, FluentCRM keeps all your lists and tags right where they belong.
New Trigger for WooCommerce

We don’t just grow by adding new products; we grow by strengthening what’s already there.
WooCommerce has always been a key part of the FluentCRM ecosystem, and this year, it got even better.
We introduced a new trigger that responds to specific customer actions.
What’s Coming in FluentCRM?
If we’re being honest, we know we’ve been making slow progress. And that was intentional.
Our focus was on polishing what we built, perfecting the experience, and making sure every feature truly feels fluent & fast.
Now that our foundation is rock-solid, it’s time to shift gears. In 2026, we’re ready to take a bold leap forward.
Here’s what we plan to do next in FluentCRM:
- SMS Marketing: We’re working on extending your business communication channel beyond the inbox. With SMS Marketing, you’ll reach your audience instantly right on their phones.
- FluentCRM X AI: We will integrate AI at the heart of our entire ecosystem. We are hoping this integration will go beyond the regular writing assistant; rather, it’ll assist you in analyzing and predicting the best email outcomes.
- Major UI Upgrade: We’re giving FluentCRM a fresh, modern look. Expect a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive interface built for a smoother workflow.
- More Automation Templates: We already introduced a few built-in automation templates, and we will add more templates for specific goals so you can run campaigns on autopilot.
- More User-Focused Website: We’re redesigning our website to serve you better & clearer. We can guarantee that the reshaped website will consist of helpful insights and simpler navigation that help you get the most out of FluentCRM.
The Foundation Is Set, Now The Transformation Begins
Brick by brick, we built a solid foundation for FluentCRM. The next phase involves transforming it into a powerful email automation platform that empowers you to manage your business more effectively.
As we step into the sixth year, you can expect some major shifts and massive development, so we want you to stick with us the way you did before.
Because the groundwork is done and FluentCRM is about to be future-proof.
Trust us — a big 2026 awaits!
