FluentCRM 2.9.84: New Purchase History, FluentCart Conditions, WooCommerce Fixes — FluentCRM V3 is Coming!
Not too long ago, we rolled out our last product update, and we’re already back with another one!
While we initially planned to release our biggest update of the year a bit later, a few of you ran into some issues.
So, we thought, why wait? Let’s get those fixed first.
Since every update matters to us so this update is also a step toward the process of making email marketing simple for you all.
Let’s jump right in and see what’s new!
Paid Membership Pro Purchase History
You probably already know that FluentCRM displays contact purchase histories for platforms like WooCommerce, FluentCart, EDD, and more.
Adding support for Paid Membership Pro wasn’t originally on our roadmap, perhaps because no one really needed it before.
But a few days ago, we received a user request for exactly that. And since we always prioritize our users’ needs, we decided to make it happen!
From now on, you’ll also find purchase history for Paid Membership Pro right inside the contact details panel.

New Condition for FluentCart Integration
In our last release, we added integration with our most ambitious product, FluentCart.
FluentCart is ready to revolutionize WordPress eCommerce, and without better sync with FluentCRM, it might not feel fully complete.
We already introduced 10 automation triggers; now we are introducing a complete conditional section within the check condition panel.

#Bug Fix_1: Woo Active Subscription Segment Issue
FluentCRM’s codebase is built to be highly flexible, allowing it to sync smoothly with almost any plugin.
Recently, some users who connected the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin with FluentCRM noticed a minor issue in the dynamic segment section. The WooCommerce Active Subscription Customer count wasn’t appearing in the contact list.

We’ve fixed that in this update!
Previously, FluentCRM wasn’t fully compatible with WooCommerce’s High Performance Order Storage (HPOS), which caused a few bugs for some users.

With this update, those issues are resolved.
#Bug Fix_2: Woo Subscriber ReSync Issue
FluentCRM includes a manual re-sync option for customer purchase history, ensuring that no purchase data ever gets lost.
While this feature is incredibly useful, one of our users recently discovered a small issue. Whenever a customer’s data was re-synced, their email status would automatically switch from unsubscribed to subscribed.
Since email marketing best practices clearly state that we must never send emails to users who’ve opted out, this behavior wasn’t abiding by those guidelines.

We’ve fixed that in this update!
Now, unsubscribed customers will remain unsubscribed, even after you re-sync their data.
#Bug Fix_3: Open Rate, Click Rate Wise Sorting Issue
In our last release, we introduced the option to sort campaigns by open and click rates, allowing you to organize them in either ascending or descending order.
However, after the update, some users experienced issues with how the campaign table data was being sorted.
We looked into it and found a few valid bugs causing the problem. They’ve all been fixed now.
Starting today, your campaign table open and click rate data should sort perfectly.

Minor Fixes
Aforementioned fixes were huge and visible problems. But there were some other core technical bugs we fixed in this update. They were:
- Fixed an issue with table prefixes in the LifterLMS importer
- Resolved duplicate email open tracking and database lock problems
- Corrected the subscription amount display in Paymattic purchase history
- Resending unopened emails now correctly targets only unengaged subscribers
Countdown Begins for FluentCRM V3!
While this might be one of our smaller updates this year, it still brings a handful of meaningful improvements and fixes that we believe will positively impact your workflow and business.
But here’s where things get really exciting! We’re gearing up for something big.
FluentCRM Version 3 is on the horizon!
After more than 3 years, this isn’t just another update; it’s the start of the complete evolution of FluentCRM.
We can’t wait to show you what’s coming.
And, the countdown has begun.
