You can use any SMTP service such as MailGun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, etc. We recommend using Amazon SES because it’s a reliable and cost-effective solution.

Yes, FluentCRM is 100% self-hosted. It will not be connected with any of our SAAS servers. You own the data and the data will be hosted in your hosting server.

Yes. Your data will never go to a different server like it goes in MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, or hundreds of other CRMs. All the data will be saved and managed into WordPress.

Absolutely not! From the very beginning, we made sure the plugin will not affect your site’s performance. All the Campaigns and Contact data will be stored in custom database tables so that they do not affect your WordPress database. The application is built with VueJS and it’s only run when you go to the admin dashboard of FluentCRM. Also, the admin UI is super fast as it’s a SPA (Single Page Application) and communicates over Ajax.

We have been working on this plugin for the last one year and using it in our businesses for the past six months. Along with that, we are continuously testing it with other plugins, and doing extreme load testing.
