I know we’ve been spoiling this since the last week. If you’ve seen our community post, you already know what to expect. But if you still want the punchline, here it goes—
“Love is still in the air and so is FluentCRM’s new update!”
In this update, we primarily focused on FluentCRM users who also love Fluent Forms. And before you get upset, we have some other feature updates too. Plus, more plugin integrations will follow!
So let’s cut the fluff and get straight to it—FluentCRM 2.9.45!
Email Campaign Improvements
As you all know, we have significantly improved our email campaign feature over the last few updates. This update brings a few more improvements to our email campaign—polishing our existing features even further!
Display Email Campaign Sender
If multiple people manage your email campaigns, it can be hard to determine who the sender of a specific campaign is after a while. To counter this, Philip Levine asked if it’s possible to display the email campaign sender. And we couldn’t resist adding this as a feature (Thanks Philip!).

Filter Failed Emails from Your Campaigns
Suppose you’ve sent a very important email campaign and as soon as all the emails are sent, you discover a number of the emails weren’t delivered. Since these are important emails, you might want to send them again or maybe export them for future use.
In our latest version, you’ll now see a small failed email button to filter all the failed emails with one click. Once you click the button, a lot of actions are possible such as adding tags or running automations for the failed emails.

Fluent Forms Integration Upgrade
Now it’s time for the biggest feature updates of this release. We have taken our Fluent Forms integration to the next level—with two new powerful triggers and a widget. Whether you’re an agency or a product business that uses Fluent Forms for recurring payments, this update is probably all you need to use the Fluent-Combo with maximum effect!
Subscription Payment Received Trigger (Fluent Forms)
In an age of so many options, having recurring customers renew their subscriptions is a huge deal. Not just because they decided to stay with you, but also because they trust your business. At a bare minimum, this gesture requires utmost appreciation. But if you’re kind enough, it wouldn’t hurt to offer a loyalty coupon too!
So go ahead and create your subscription payment automation with our new subscription payment received trigger, and ensure maximum customer retention like a pro!

Subscription Cancelled Trigger (Fluent Forms)
Subscription cancellations are the bitter pills to swallow. But no matter what you do, some people will eventually choose to leave your business.
While it’s not possible (or I should say ethical?) to prevent people from canceling their subscriptions, there’s no harm in trying to win them back. So go ahead and create win-back campaigns with our new Fluent Forms Subscription Cancelled trigger!

View Fluent Forms Subscriptions in Contact Profile
In our last update, we introduced the MemberPress subscription widget so you could see your customer’s existing subscription at a glance. This makes it pretty simple to view your subscriber’s transactional information without much effort.
This time, we’ve done it with Fluent Forms. Now, you can view your contact’s subscriptions which they subscribed to using a Fluent Forms recurring payment!

Bulk Update Custom Fields and Easy Sorting
As a business you need to store and use a lot of contact info and custom fields are the perfect way to do this. Thus, it only makes sense to make custom fields as user-friendly as possible!
Suppose you need to update a large number of custom fields—you had to do this one by one or rely on automation till now, right?
This is the opposite of what we think an automation tool is. So from FluentCRM 2.9.40, you’ll be able to bulk update custom fields by choosing your contacts. That said, now you can effortlessly update thousands of contact custom fields at once!

By the way, we’ve made another small improvement to the custom fields feature. If you have a lot of custom fields, now you can enjoy the flexibility of alphabetical sorting.
WooCommerce Subscription Cancelled trigger
If you’re using WooCommerce Subscriptions and were disheartened by our Fluent Forms trigger, it’s time to put a smile on your face. Just like Fluent Forms, WooCommerce subscription users can also create powerful subscription cancellation automation funnels!

Improvements and Bug Fixes
A lot of “new” features, eh?
Time to bring out the improvements and bug fixes!
Let’s look at some polishments we’ve rolled out this time!
Improvements
- Non-recurring MemberPress memberships: Though we introduced the MemberPress subscriptions widget last time, the widget could only show recurring subscriptions—ignoring the subscriber’s non-recurring payments. Now, the widget also shows non-recurring subscriptions!
- Title slug issue: If you’ve noticed, we use FluentCRM title tags to determine slugs. But previously, the slug used to retain one character even when the title was cleared. Now, clearing the title tags will also clear the slug completely.
- Adjustable column width for contact data tables: Now you can easily adjust your contact table columns by dragging columns.
- Redesigned the Addons section: We have redesigned the Addons section with improved UI/UX
- Show/Hide contact status: Contact status was a default view in the contact table. Now you can choose whether you want to see it or not.
- Skipped Cart tooltip: Previously, there was no explanation for why an abandoned cart was skipped. Now you’ll know exactly why it was skipped in our abandoned cart tooltip.
Bug Fixes
- If you were using a numeric field as your custom field and tried to filter data, it wouldn’t work. We’ve fixed it in this version.
- The WooCommerce Coupon action had several problems after our last update as Manoj Sharma reported in our community. Now, everything should be fixed!
- We had a small issue with the manager permissions when we used the check all button, it didn’t work. Now it should function just as it is!
