Yes, it is!
After years of sleepless nights and a thousand cups of coffee, we are happy to welcome the abandoned cart feature (just kidding, I sleep pretty well!)
Finally, we’re releasing the most requested feature of the past four years! And how important this feature has been?

Although developing this feature was one of the complex tasks our developer encountered in the recent past. But, it is worthy of all our effort!
And, we can’t wait to hear what you think! We think this feature will make recovering abandoned carts a breeze and help you save revenue that would have otherwise slipped away.
With this feature, you’ll enjoy user-centric configuration, offer incentives, run custom automation, and win back lost customers.
And trust me, it’s just the beginning of the abandoned cart journey. Our developers will constantly update and enhance its capability – taking the abandoned cart feature to new heights!
Automation Templates
You already know how handy email automation is in FluentCRM, right? It lets you automatically run campaigns just the way you want.
In previous versions, you had to create each automation from scratch. But, guess what?
The FluentCRM 2.9.2 is bringing something exciting! From the next version, you’ll find a couple of pre-built automation templates ready to go!
We’ve added these to make your life easier, so you can dive right into your campaigns without starting from scratch every time!
FluentSMTP Email Logs Fetching
If you’ve been using FluentSMTP, you probably used to check your contacts’ email logs for their communication that didn’t happen in FluentCRM. For example, an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. Well, now you don’t have to!
With this new version, you can now view individual email logs for all your contacts directly from the FluentCRM contact panel. No more switching back and forth —everything you need will be there in FluentCRM!
