The FluentCRM Abandoned Cart feature provides a detailed report on abandoned carts, including revenue generated and customer details. This report focuses solely on WooCommerce cart data.
You can use the Date Filter option to refine the report based on specific time frames.
Scroll down to view the details for individual customers. Click the Eye icon button to see more information about that user’s cart.
